Sculpt


SCULPT: Fuses basic, but mindful, breath-to-movement vinyasa with sweat-dripping beat-based Pilates inspired strength training. Instructors utilize a variety of equipment types from resistance bands to Bala Bangles and Bala Rings. All classes will include upbeat tracks designed to burn-out the core, legs, arms, and glutes. Mats and equipment are provided.

Strength & Conditioning, Flow, and Yoga For Runners


SRENGTH & CONDITIONING: With a focus on movement quality, injury prevention, and overall health, Strength & Conditioning uses plyometrics, agility, mobility, and core stability to deliver a well-rounded training regimen designed for athletes of all levels. Class is free to attend, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own mat

FLOW: Classes offer creative, vigorous, and fluid Vinyasa sequences, curated with an intentional anatomical or philosophical focus, explore the rhythm of body and breath. Perfect for those who like to move, expect a moderate to fast pace with the potential for more challenging asanas, backbends, arm balances, or inversions. Class is free to attend, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own mat

YOGA FOR RUNNERS: A vinyasa flow style class with an emphasis on stretching and strengthening the muscles most commonly used in running (hips, hamstrings, glutes, and quads). The class will combine a vigorous flow with some longer-held postures to help break up the connective tissue (fascia) and help you to recover faster for your next run. Class is free to attend, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own mat

Join us on The Green every third Thursday for Fresh Beats, Southie’s newest free outdoor concert series, featuring incredible local talent and a food & beverage pop-up with our neighbor, Fresh Boston. Enjoy live music, lawn games, complementary sandwiches and a cash bar from Fresh Boston. The music starts at 5pm and the bands will play until 8pm – all ages are welcome to attend!
